This research project identified ways the female experience has been erased and untruthfully represented by Catholicism. Doyle's feminine mimicking of the Catholic Church became an unashamed space for female documentation and the monstrous to exist.

You are cordially invited to The Chapel to celebrate femininity in all its leaking and oozing condition. Here you will encounter a re-enactment of Catholic rites, but re-made as celebration of female sexuality and pleasure in all its gruesome beauty. You will confront abjection and anxieties within the installation. Join us to challenge the control and oppression of female sexuality.
